Session Questions Asked By A Great Talk Therapist

Kindly and lovingly, directly and probingly asking me,

”What do you know about nonconscious death anxiety?”
“Do you know that this natural fear brought you here?”

”Do you know what triggers this death anxiety in you?”

“Whatever the triggers they are,

can you see how they brought you here?”

“What did you learn to do,

up til now,

on how to cope with the fear of and the denying of death?
“How did doing what you learned about coping shape you into how you are reacting and behaving today?”
“How well has what you learned been

helping

you

cope well, and not?

“What can you do differently now for enhanced daily self soothing?”
“How does knowing this help soothe you now?”

“Until the next session,

what will you reliably carry with you safely until we meet up again?”

“For when we meet up here again,

can you bring a grateful and loving list of how your parents, grandparents, the generations and rings of your family tree,

were influenced by and dealt with nonconscious death anxiety?”
