Henry’s pioneering work was the first entry way

and is the inspiration for today’s concerned

and organized

animal welfare groups in America.
His birthday is this week, on August 29th.

Thanks to Henry for being contrary and for being heard

many practical changes for animals in the US

earned plenty of respect that is well deserved.
