that you must require Respect, Loyalty and Consistency

when

Loyalty is wrongly misplaced.

Consistency in being lied to is unkind,

-same for an unbending unchanging mind.

And when a fair and reasonable disagreement,

and not being flattered,

is misperceived

as disrespect and betrayal?
