to organize anytime

your body needs

less stress, improved sleep, less depression, more empathy, and less agression.
Gratitude’s non-comparing with each other –

getting along well with each other –

improves each other’s health.

And when they leave to go about their own individual living,

carrying with them even more

positivity, productivity, empathy, kindness and resilience,

Gratitudes benefit themselves with a happier life,

and your acknowledgment of them

makes them even more grateful

working for your life too.
