You do.
Those first outloud thirsty cries-
to the last dehydrated gasps
are the
natural
demands
of your body,
to be replenished.
Your body’s fight for this is a never ending cry of “Help!”.
Your body is terrified of wild fires, being burnt alive,
being stranded in parched deserts,
imagining floating alone in the waterless outer space-
your bowels shrink up at the thought of these.
Constipation sets in.
Painful sitdowns and squatdowns commence.
Hemorrhoids Torn Skin HeartAttack Strokes
Pushing Straining Dried Up Dammed Up
-struggles with defecating
are prevented when you treat your body
like the plant that it is.
