suddenly in seconds

beginning in the forebrain

fully silently rising at the forehead

massaging open tight eyebrows

purring through the stiff neck relaxing

lowering defensive shoulders

warmly flowing full body tsunami

enlightening

quietly breaking through closed locked heart

rolling over stone lined stomach and organs

storage room pelvis

cement hinge knees and round pillar legs the wave won’t knock over

cracks in toes bubbling over flooding

the see level is noticeably higher
the peace walk float walk through Life begins
Newly Enlightened

floating over old life debris

settled disarrayed

seen peacefully different

from the major shift that meditating creates

inside the human brain
